Hi, I'm Sadie!

I’m a Virtual Assistant (VA) based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. I live with my husband Craig and our two young boys, Louis and Henry, and I work virtually from my home office for clients all over the UK.

I offer a range of admin and support services to freelancers and small business owners across many industries.

I have a background in providing administrative support to business owners and executives. I was an Executive Assistant (EA) at partner-level for 12 years for a global firm before becoming a full-time Mum in February 2014 and subsequently launching my business in April 2016.

A little bit more about me

I left my full-time role because I wanted to be a full-time Mum and be there for all of the important bits for my boys, I wanted to see all of their firsts and be the one at the school gates seeing their open arms and big silly grins. But when my youngest turned one, I also felt ready to work again, use my brain, have my own income and be someone other than just “Mummy” so I started looking for flexible work that would allow me to do all of the Mum stuff and still be me and contribute to the household… and no such part-time work existed at the time.

So after searching for work I could do from home instead, I stumbled across an article about Virtual Assistants and knew right then and there that this was what I was going to do – I knew I had the skills and experience to make it work. I booked myself on a course that walked me through the steps of setting up as a VA and finding clients.

One of the reasons I’m able to understand my clients’ needs so well is that I’m often in a very similar position to them. I know what it’s like to run a business single-handedly and I know how many different challenges and learning curves business owners come up against.

I love seeing how much of a positive impact my services can have on my clients’ lives. I help to reduce their stress levels, make their businesses run more efficiently and productively, give them back more time and make their work more enjoyable.
